Changes Already.
Already I can see changes to my body. Less back fat! I can't wait to see the changes in my face as I just look old and haggard right now. And I have made the decision that for the next 11kg I am going to walk, walk, walk. So that when I get to 90kg I can start running again. I have missed running and I do like to run. All is good in the world.

Monday Weigh In-April 11 2011.
Week 1 Weigh In. 102.1kg. Well I am rather happy with this. I was hopeing to be in the 101's but I guess this means that i should be very close to beinng 100 next Monday. I have been religious in logging my food on http://www.calorieking.com.au . I hope I can keep this up. Have a wonderful day!

UPDATE!
102kg. Happy with that. I have spent the last two months between 102.9 and 104 kg. I have been tracking my food religously and have set up a new account and user name. I won't get sucked into the forums though. To be honest I don't get anything from them except maybe the success and motivation sections. As I get more into it I will post more regularly. Weigh in day is Monday, so stay tuned. Have a fantastic weekend.
