Wowsers-2 months with out bathroom scales! I'll be sure to never do that again. weighed in Saturday night 110.8kg. Oh My GOD! Not much has changed since my previous post. I'm feeling in a good head space at the moment and I know if I don't make a change I will end up dead at an early age and i feel as though my life is really only just beginning. Do I want to live it as a fatty pumba?

I have found a facebook page with lots of motivational quotes etc. I am going to post my favourites here. To be honest who really wants to read about the day to day rituals of a fat middle aged woman who does nothing to help herself most days of the year.
