Weight 107.4kg.

Up 400g since the weekend and has been since the weekend. But I am in a good, happy headspace.

I got dressed this morning and the t shirt I put on is looser than the last time I wore it, and my shorts are baggy around the groin area. I can also feel cheekbones this morning and I have lost some neck/chin fat.

All I have to do is keep it up!

May 10, 2013.

Weight 107.55kg

I spent all week getting pissed at my scales cause they were going up instead of down, but I knew yesterday would show a loss. I could feel it.

On Wednesday I had a 600ml coke as I had a long driving day and today I have had a can of Pepsi Max. Both tasted like crap.

On Sunday I am hosting a fundraising Fun Run/Walk and Markets. Just so nothing will flow smootly I am not well with a head cold/sinus and one weepy eye.

May 3rd 2013

Last day of work today until Spetember. YAY!! Love my holiday each year.

Weight today is 108.6kg. My diet has been good, but the scales are not kind. I am OK with that for now and will check with my Doctor on Monday when I go for blood test results.

My energy levels have been fantastic for the last week or so since trying to take my thyroxine every single day. Something clicked with me when my Doctor suggested that the medication was like batteries. Without them I just won't go. That's good.

And today is day 8 softdrink free.

I am reading 'I Quit Sugar' by Sarah Wilson.

It would appear I have all but kicked my Pepsi Max habit. I am drinking more water.

I am holding  a 4k fun run/walk on Mother's day as a fundraiser and today I walked half the course. I was hoping to walk the whole 4k but was only good for half. I am ashamed of myself.

Almost 12 months on.....

Still fat. Fatter than ever I would guess. No battery in the scales. I am seriously worried how I will be able to complete my pool lifeguard later in the year. I need to get on top of this now.

I went for a small but doable walk this morning. That has to be a start. Right?
