So-for the moment I am following The Power of Protein. Almost at the end of week 3 and whilst I have had a couple of slip ups all in all I am doing quite well with no real side affects. I do need to be a little more organised for lunch at work though as I can't just duck off and buy a sandwich or something like that. Some of the recipies are really yummy. Lite Jelly deals with any sugar cravings that may hit mid afternoon. I just have to keep on keeping on and in the end I will get the result I am looking for and wanting.
