So a loss from last Monday. Have to be happy with that. But this seems to be where I get stuck. Fingers crossed that I can at least get to 102kg by the next weekly weigh in. Judging by how my shirt looks on me today I should probably do measurments as well. Next week.
Our weekend away was good. But a couple of things learned. If I sit around bored I want to eat crap. Or anything. Or everything. Drink more water. GRR. Not to worry.
