Saturday



103kg.

I can explain. Completely off plan Thursday and Friday. Why? I had things on but That is really no excuse. I know I need to plan in advance and in a way I was. My Mother and sister and I have been eating out for lunch a couple of times a week and it had been touted that they would eat out again on Thursday so I was going to get them to get my lunch as a takeaway BUT they didn't so I heated up not 1 but 2 frozen pies and then we had burgers for dinner that night. Yesterday was a huge fail as well.

Today I am back on track for now and will be for lunch as well but I have a party tonight where I will most likely drink a bottle of Pinot Grigio and eat nibbles. The beauty of drinking the wine is that I will ice it right down. I wonder if it would be bad form to take some soup to heat up at the party.

At the end of the day I doubt I will weigh under 102.2kg on Monday. It will take at least a week to undo the bad of 2 days.
